The National Black Cheerleading Championship is pleased to invite you to our annual event! We are inviting the public into a space of interactive engagement, and we hope you will join us in creating that environment. Bring your skills, bring your creativity, and bring your passion to the National Black Cheerleading Championship. 


We are preparing to host over 1000 attendees, as we expand opportunities for small business retail, services and nonprofits to showcase, for families to become acquainted with goods, services and products available in the Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas.


This application needs to be submitted and paid for no later than February 1st, 2026.

Important Event Information

Event begins at 9:30 am on Saturday, March 14, 2026, and will end by 4:00 pm. Booth setup begins at 7:30 am. Booths must be completed no later than 8:45 am. Vendors are responsible for setup and breakdown of their booths. Vendors have until 5:00 pm for break down of their booth. Vendors are expected to stay and participate throughout the entire event.


NSASCF will be providing each family with a reusable bag to collect samples, coupons, handouts, ect. at they move from booth to booth.
