Strong background in event management, cheerleading operations, or youth sports administration.
Experience working with event producers, athletic programs, or competitive organizations.
Knowledge of Stomp & Shake® culture, history, and competitive structure (preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate across departments and support a national network.
