The Director of Community Engagement serves as the primary liaison between the National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) and the broader community. This role is responsible for building meaningful relationships, expanding the Federation’s footprint, and ensuring that schools, programs, and community partners feel supported, informed, and connected to the mission of the National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF). The Director leads outreach, engagement, and communication efforts that strengthen participation, visibility, and long‑term growth of Stomp and Shake® cheerleading nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
1. Community Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact between the National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) and schools, athletic departments, coaches, community organizations, and emerging programs.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with athletic directors, principals, coaches, and program leaders.
Conduct regular outreach to understand program needs, challenges, and opportunities for support.
Represent the National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) at community events, meetings, and relevant activities.

2. Engagement & Expansion Strategy
Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and expand the National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) presence across states and regions.
Identify new schools, programs, and communities with potential for Stomp & Shake® growth.
Support the onboarding of new programs into the National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) organization.
Collaborate with leadership to create pathways for expansion, including partnerships, workshops, and regional initiatives.

3. Volunteer & Participant Recruitment
Recruit volunteers, ambassadors, and community supporters for the National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) events, clinics, and initiatives.
Develop recruitment materials and outreach plans to increase participation.
Maintain communication with volunteers and ensure they are trained, informed, and supported.

4. Directory & Data Management
Create and maintain a comprehensive directory of all Stomp & Shake® programs, organized by state, including:
Active National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) affiliated programs
Emerging or new programs
Potential expansion sites
Track contact information, program status, and engagement history.
Ensure the directory is updated quarterly and accessible to the National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) leadership.

5. Participation Trends & Feedback Analysis
Monitor participation trends across schools, regions, and events.
Conduct surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions with coaches and program leaders.
Analyze data to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare quarterly reports summarizing trends, insights, and recommendations.

6. Communication & Outreach
Develop and distribute outreach materials that promote National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) programs, events, and initiatives.
Ensure consistent, professional communication aligned with National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) brand and messaging standards.
Provide updates to the community regarding rule changes, new initiatives, and opportunities for involvement.
Collaborate with the Communications Team to highlight community stories and successes.

7. Support for National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) Events & Initiatives
Assist with planning, promoting, and staffing National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) events, including competitions, clinics, and conferences.
Coordinate community engagement activities at events (info tables, meet‑and‑greets, surveys, etc.).
Ensure community feedback is captured and integrated into event improvement plans.
