Position Summary
The Director of Event Producers serves as the primary liaison, mentor, and support resource for all National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) sanctioned Event Producers. This role ensures that every sanctioned event is executed in alignment with NSASCF’s mission, standards, and cultural values. The Director provides operational guidance, facilitates cross department collaboration, and ensures that Event Producers receive the staffing, marketing, and compliance support necessary to deliver high quality, safe, and culturally aligned Stomp & Shake® events nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaison & Mentor to Event Producers
Serve as the central point of contact for all National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) sanctioned Event Producers.
Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure successful event execution.
Facilitate communication between Event Producers and National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) leadership.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new Event Producers to ensure understanding of National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) standards.
Monitor partner performance and provide feedback based on Quality Assurance evaluations.
2. Collaboration with Marketing & Social Media Chair
Coordinate with the Marketing & Social Media Chair to ensure all sanctioned events receive appropriate promotion.
Ensure Event Producers submit required promotional materials, media, and event details on time.
Support the development of consistent, brand‑aligned marketing content for sanctioned events.
Ensure events are properly featured across National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) digital systems, including:
Website event calendar
Social media platforms
Email newsletters
Media portals
3. Collaboration with Technology & Digital Systems Chair
Ensure Event Producers have access to the necessary digital tools, systems, and platforms.
Support the integration of registration systems, scoring portals, and reporting tools.
Troubleshoot or escalate technology issues impacting event operations.
Ensure all digital submissions (scores, media, reports) are completed accurately and on time.
4. Collaboration with Director of Officials & Scoring
Coordinate with the Director of Officials & Scoring to ensure proper staffing of judges and officials for all sanctioned events.
Confirm that Event Producers understand scoring protocols, judging requirements, and panel assignments.
Ensure all events use NSASCF‑certified judges and follow scoring alignment procedures.
Support Event Producers in resolving scoring or officiating concerns.
5. Collaboration with Director of Compliance, Ethics, & Risk Management
Ensure Event Producers understand and follow all National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) rules, regulations, policies, and protocols.
Support compliance monitoring before, during, and after events.
Assist in addressing compliance concerns, violations, or corrective actions.
Ensure Event Producers complete required trainings, including:
Safety & risk management
Title IX awareness
Brand & messaging compliance
Judging standards & scoring alignment
6. Event Oversight & Quality Assurance
Monitor event readiness, including facility requirements, staffing, safety measures, and operational plans.
Review Event Producer submissions such as:
Event checklists
Facility documents
Marketing materials
Post‑event reports
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement based on scorecards and evaluations.
7. Communication & Reporting
Maintain consistent communication with all Event Producers throughout the season.
Provide updates on rule changes, policy updates, and operational expectations.
Participate in quarterly partner check‑ins and present event‑related updates.
Prepare reports for National Stomp and Shake Cheerleading Federation (NSASCF) leadership summarizing event performance, trends, and needs.
Qualifications
Strong background in event management, cheerleading operations, or youth sports administration.
Experience working with event producers, athletic programs, or competitive organizations.
Knowledge of Stomp & Shake® culture, history, and competitive structure (preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate across departments and support a national network.
